ULTM8: Martial Arts Competition
Management Platform
ULTM8 is a SaaS platform designed for martial arts and grappling competitions. It streamlines event management for organizers while providing athletes with a seamless registration and competition experience. As UI/UX Designer & Project Manager, I designed the platform interface with a focus on clarity for organizers managing complex tournament brackets and ease of use for athletes navigating registrations.
The platform needed to handle high-pressure competition environments where real-time updates and accuracy are critical. Event organizers required tools to manage complex tournament brackets, schedule matches, track results, and handle payments, while athletes needed a simple way to register, view schedules, and track their progress through competitions.
Real-Time Match Scheduling & Results Tracking
The platform features real-time match scheduling and results tracking, athlete profiles and ranking systems, academy and team management tools, and live scoreboard integration. Designing for high-pressure competition environments required creating interfaces that could handle rapid updates while maintaining data accuracy and providing clear visual feedback to both organizers and spectators.
In high-pressure environments, great design means users can focus on what matters—not on fighting with the interface.

This project challenged me to create intuitive workflows for complex tournament management while ensuring the athlete experience remained simple and straightforward.
